Referral Bonus Details
- Bonus Amount: Employees who refer qualified candidates that are hired by XYZ Workforce Management will receive a referral bonus of $1200.
- Bonus Limits:
- Each employee can earn a referral bonus for up to three successful referrals per calendar year.
- There is no cap on the total number of bonuses an employee can earn during their tenure with the company.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- All full-time and part-time employees of XYZ Workforce Management are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- To qualify for the bonus, the referred candidate must:
- Successfully complete the probationary period and remain employed for at least 90 days.
- Fill a position not already accounted for in the company's hiring plan.
- Be hired for a regular, ongoing position, excluding temporary or seasonal roles.
- Be hired based on the employee's referral and recommendation.
- Bonus Disbursement:
- Referral bonuses are distributed via payroll once the referred candidate completes their probationary period and eligibility is confirmed.
- Bonuses are subject to standard payroll deductions and tax regulations.
